The Pacific Infrastructure Pipeline Initiative is calling on contractors, consultants and service providers to register in the Pacific Infrastructure Contractor Directory, a central resource designed to connect industry capability with infrastructure projects across the region.
The Pacific is entering one of its busiest periods of infrastructure development in decades, with governments, development finance institutions and private investors progressing projects across transport, ports, airports, renewable energy, telecommunications, water, health and public infrastructure. As project activity accelerates, having the right capability visible to project owners and delivery partners is becoming increasingly important.
The Contractor Directory has been developed to make that process easier by bringing together businesses operating across the infrastructure sector into a single searchable platform. Companies listed in the directory can be identified by governments, principal contractors, consultants, financiers and project developers looking for partners with relevant expertise and regional experience.
Businesses providing engineering, construction, project management, environmental services, logistics, professional advisory services, equipment supply, ICT, utilities and other infrastructure-related services are encouraged to register.
Registration requires only a short online survey, allowing companies to showcase their capabilities, areas of operation and previous experience. The information will contribute to a growing database that supports better industry connections and helps delivery agencies identify potential suppliers for upcoming projects throughout the Pacific.
