Simon Gorman is the Managing Director of the Reeves Envico Group which currently carries out complex Environmental and Built Environment Infrastructure Projects across the Pacific Islands. The other half of the Reeves Envico portfolio comprises projects in the Water and Environmental sector within Australia. Simon over his career has led major reconstruction, disaster response projects in Africa and Indonesia for the US and Australian Government. His career also includes Project Director roles on multi year large development infrastructure projects in Vanuatu, Micronesia, the Solomon Islands and the Marshall Islands. Through his experience with the International Rescue Committee in Rwanda and Somalia in conflict zones and later working in New York he developed a keen understanding of operational requirements in fragile and disaster environments.
He holds Degrees in Planning, Building and an MBA all from the University of Melbourne. He currently serves as President of the Australia Pacific Islands Business Council, advocating for stronger commercial engagement and private sector partnerships across the Pacific region.

Denis Etournaud is Chairman of BlueScope ACIER NC, a major supplier of steel and building products in New Caledonia. He brings more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing, construction materials and industrial development, together with deep knowledge of New Caledonia’s business environment, regional supply chains and commercial engagement across the French Pacific.

William Blank is Associate Director – Development at Hall Contracting, an Australian dredging, civil and marine construction company operating across Australia and the Pacific. His work focuses on infrastructure development and project opportunities, engaging with governments, development partners and industry across the region. He brings particular experience in marine infrastructure, project development and the commercial environment for infrastructure delivery in Pacific Island markets.

Sophie Boucautis Chief Operating Officer of Johnstaff International Development, which delivers infrastructure, advisory and development programs across the Pacific and internationally. She brings more than 15 years of experience in international development and humanitarian assistance, with expertise in delivering programs that strengthen infrastructure, institutional capability and community outcomes.

Andrew Morris is Business Development Manager – Pacific & PNG at Pacific Marine Group, a marine contracting company specialising in marine construction, dredging and infrastructure services. He has more than 15 years of experience working across Papua New Guinea and the Pacific, including almost eight years living and working in PNG, and brings extensive knowledge of marine construction, project delivery, regional business development and local industry capability.

Ian Clarke OBE is Special Counsel and Consultant at Dentons, a global law firm, and has decades of experience in international commercial law. He has advised governments, investors and multinational companies on business and investment across the Pacific, with expertise spanning natural resources, infrastructure, investment and cross-border commercial matters.

Nick Cunningham is Regional Operations Manager – Pacific at Osmoflo Water Management, a specialist provider of desalination, water and wastewater treatment solutions. He oversees operations across Pacific markets and brings extensive experience in potable water, desalination and wastewater infrastructure, working with governments, utilities and project partners to improve water security and operational capability.

Dennis Grech is Group CEO & Managing Director of Geofabrics Australasia, a specialist manufacturer and supplier of geosynthetic solutions for infrastructure and environmental applications. He brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across manufacturing, resources and infrastructure, with expertise in business growth, innovation and engineered solutions supporting transport, civil and environmental projects.

Michael Kramer is Director / Project Manager at Kramer Asia Pacific, an engineering and project management consultancy with extensive operations across the Pacific. He brings significant experience in the planning and delivery of engineering and infrastructure projects, working with governments, development partners and private sector clients on projects supporting economic development and regional connectivity.

Tim Martin is Trade Commissioner at Pacific Trade Invest Australia, which facilitates trade, investment and commercial opportunities between Pacific Island businesses and the Australian market. His career includes senior roles with IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, Austrade, Investment NSW and Palladium, giving him extensive experience in private sector development, investment attraction, international trade and market access across the Indo-Pacific.

Julie Miehe is Consulting Principal at Keypoint Law Pty Ltd, where she advises clients on commercial, infrastructure and construction matters. An experienced commercial lawyer, she brings expertise in infrastructure, construction, corporate governance and international business, advising public and private sector organisations on complex commercial, contractual and regulatory matters.

He brings more than 30 years of experience in transport, environmental planning and major projects across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific, with particular expertise in ports, airports and regional connectivity.
