This landmark event brings together Pacific leaders, government officials, infrastructure experts, financiers, engineers, urban planners, climate specialists, and development partners to accelerate sustainable and resilient infrastructure development across the Blue Pacific continent.

The conference will provide an exclusive platform to:

  • Explore the Pacific’s infrastructure priorities and national project pipelines

  • Engage directly with decision-makers from more than 20 Pacific countries and territories

  • Network with leading international investors, contractors, and consultants

  • Learn how infrastructure can be a driver for economic growth, climate resilience, and local job creation

Key themes will include transport, energy, ICT, water and sanitation, urban development, and financing models. The programme will feature ministerial keynotes, technical sessions, investor roundtables, project showcases, and site visits.

The 2025 conference builds on the success of its inaugural edition and will be anchored in the Pacific Quality Infrastructure Principles, a regional framework that ensures infrastructure is inclusive, climate-smart, locally owned, and impactful.

Whether you are an investor looking for opportunities, a planner seeking solutions, or a government official pursuing partnerships—this is the region’s premier forum to connect, collaborate, and catalyse progress.
